- 3You see every tap in your live report.
Why it works
Small card. Big difference.
Four buttons, zero waving
Call staff, water, bill, ready to order. Guests ask without catching anyone’s eye.
Live on your screen
Requests appear in your owner report within seconds, with an optional sound, and are marked done in one tap.
Named tables
Each card knows its table, so the request says “Table 4 · Water”, not just “someone”.

FAQ
Good questions.
Where do staff see the requests?
On your owner report page, on any phone or tablet. Keep it open at the counter and turn on sound.
Does the guest need to log in?
No. They tap, choose what they need, and that’s it. We store no guest details.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards on their own when the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on, which it usually is by default. Any phone can scan the QR code.
Can I change what my card opens later?
Yes, anytime and as often as you like. The card stays the same; we change where it points. No reprinting.
Does the card need charging or a battery?
No. The NFC chip has no battery. It is powered by the phone for the split second it is being read.
