No. They just hold their phone near the card and the page opens in their browser. Phones without NFC can scan the QR code printed on every card.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone XS and newer read NFC cards on their own when the screen is on. Most Android phones read them when NFC is turned on, which it usually is by default. Any phone can scan the QR code.
Can I change what my card opens later?
Yes, anytime and as often as you like. The card stays the same; we change where it points. No reprinting.
Is asking for Google reviews allowed?
Yes. Google allows businesses to ask customers for reviews as long as everyone is asked the same way and nobody is rewarded for it. Our review page shows the same thing to every customer and never filters by rating.
Does the card need charging or a battery?
No. The NFC chip has no battery. It is powered by the phone for the split second it is being read.
How long does a card last?
Cards are credit-card size PVC, water-resistant and made for daily handling. The chip works for years.
Can I see how many people used my card?
Yes. You get a live report with taps per day, reviews drafted, visits to Google and table requests, card by card.
Do you collect my customers’ personal data?
No. We never ask for or store customer names, phone numbers or locations. We only count what happens on your cards, like taps and drafts.
Is there a monthly fee?
Cards are a one-time purchase. Smart features like the review helper, table calls and your live report run on a small service plan. Ask us for current pricing.
How do I order and pay?
Choose your cards on the Order page and place the order with your details. Nothing is charged online. We contact you to confirm, share a design preview, and send payment options once you approve.
